Our Found Space NUA infrared saunas provide a deep, relaxing heat experience designed to support recovery, relaxation, circulation and post-training muscle recovery. The infrared heat gently warms the body without the extreme air temperatures of a traditional sauna, making it a comfortable way to unwind, sweat and reset after training or a busy day.
Traditional Sauna
Experience authentic Finnish-style saunas in Drummoyne. Our premium 4-person traditional sauna reaches temperatures of up to 100°C, creating the ideal environment for relaxation, sweating, and disconnecting from the day. Cold plunges
Our Found Space cold plunges are maintained at 5°C and 9°C, giving you two levels of cold exposure. The 5°C delivers a more intense cold experience, while the 9°C is a little more approachable while still providing a powerful recovery session.
Compression boots
Our Therabody JetBoots use pneumatic compression to help improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness and ease tired, heavy legs. Perfect after training, running or a big week on your feet, they deliver targeted compression through the legs to help you recover, recharge and feel ready to go again.
